1. Create the event
From the dashboard, choose New event and add a title, a Markdown description, a
date and time, and either a venue or mark the event as online. You can add a cover image
too.
2. Add ticket types
An event can have several ticket types — Adult, Child, VIP, whatever fits. Each one has:
- a price (0 makes it free)
- an optional quantity limit
- an optional sale window (a start and/or end time)
- min per order and max per order limits
As you type a price, the buyer-facing price — ticket price plus booking fee — is shown
right next to it, so there's never a surprise at checkout.
3. Hide a ticket type, if it's invite-only
A hidden ticket type doesn't appear on the public event page, but its own link still
works — share it directly with the people you want to invite.
4. Publish
An event needs at least one ticket type before it can be published. Publishing gives it a
permanent public link at /e/{slug} that keeps working even after the event ends,
unpublishes, or is cancelled.
5. Duplicate an event
Running the same kind of event again? Duplicate clones an existing event — title,
description, venue and ticket types — as a draft to start from, so you're not re-entering
everything each time.
